If I could give zero stars, I would. Unsafe car, dangerous fault, no support, no accountability. Cricks Highway SsangYong and the SsangYong brand completely failed us when it mattered most. Stay far away if you value your safety and peace of mind. Our brand new 2021 SsangYong Korando had ongoing engine light issues from day one — eight visits in three years, always dismissed as "nothing serious."
