Absolutely disgraceful. One of the most unprofessional and rude customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for somewhere that values customers, look elsewhere. There are plenty of businesses that deserve your money more than this one. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Tyson Robb was amazing! I have struggeled getting help with my Mahindra at other dealers in north Qld. These guys were brilliant. Had my parts in a week, and when there was an issue with the wrong pick at the warehouse, Tyson had it sorted and new part at my home in less than 48 hours. That is custoemr service!! Something I have found missing all too often in retail. Thank Again Tyson :)
