Went to get zonnic pouches, cashier asked for my id, then threw it at me after she verified my age
I have had good experiences here. Pharmacist knew the efficacy of a name brand was higher than the generic and I might prefer the name brand and proactively asked and outlined what the cost of the name brand was, and what I was likely to pay. They are knowledgeable and good, my prescriptions come quickly. Surprised by the negative reviews. Was not my experience at all.
While I was browsing through the aisles, I overheard a lady with the long white hair talking to her colleague in such a condescending tone, felt bad for them but felt more sorry for the miserable elderly lady. Not sure if she’s a pharmacist or not….sounds like she really hates her job!
Waiting for three prescriptions took us over an hour. This isn't the first time this has happened. You can see the frustration on other customers' faces. It was a horrible experience!
