When you order flowers over the phone, that you won’t get to see, you can only cross your fingers and hope. I was quite surprised when I received an email that my flowers were delivered, the time they were delivered and a picture of the actual arrangement. Thank you for the AMAZING customer service.

Ordering was straightforward However, I paid $5 extra in additional to delivery fee to have delivered during a specific window. It was delivered earlier than supposed to be. Luckily someone was there to receive but why charge extra to show up whenever?! Plant was beautiful and appreciate the follow up email with confirmation.
