Often have to return to the shop (2-4 times) for a job I’ve already paid them to fix. Sometimes they’ll fix one thing and mess up something else. I've caught the employees red-handed losing ENTIRE parts to my car & later finding it after they SWORE it was never on my vehicle. After doing research, it seems as though a good bit of the car issues I have are directly related to things they’ve messed up/overlooked (probably purposefully for more $$).
