For drivers picking up. The gates open at 6am, not 5am like the hours say online. And don't dare park in front of the gates before they open. They'll put you to the back of the queue, because no way you were there first. Even if you have GPS proof that you shut down a street over at 6pm the night before and did your 10 hour reset, then got up to be at the gate when they opened at 5am like you thought. Luckily I rarely have to pick up from these people.
