Westpac Labs was able to do a Covid test that was paid for during the lab visit. Definitely make sure they print you a receipt of payment. They made a mistake with their system and didn’t track the payment as paid (paid 100% at time of visit). Then they didn’t send a payment reminder and sent the overdue invoice straight to a credit agency. A+ work trying to mess with the credit score, thanks a lot! Next time, maybe check your payment system and send a reminder first 👎
