No one answers the phone. And the natera portal is completely useless. I can’t access the portal and there is no customer service. This place is allegedly merging into labcorp but I’m on the phone and my tests are nowhere to be found. There is nothing worse than trying to figure out your health and no one answers the the phone. Natera tells you to go online and the phone hangs up. Terrible. This is health “care.” You can take money from my tax dollars and my insurance company and in return provide mediocre care.
