No one answers the phone. And the natera portal is completely useless. I can’t access the portal and there is no customer service. This place is allegedly merging into labcorp but I’m on the phone and my tests are nowhere to be found. There is nothing worse than trying to figure out your health and no one answers the the phone. Natera tells you to go online and the phone hangs up. Terrible. This is health “care.” You can take money from my tax dollars and my insurance company and in return provide mediocre care. No need appointment, and that..is a plus
I arrived 5 minutes after opening and the line was alreay out the door. HOWEVER, it was only because of the kiosk,right inside the entrance, where you enter all your info. The systems they have in place are very efficient moving people through. I had 24 people before me but was out in 60 minutes. No issues with payment or billing either...I was shocked and thrilled. Thank you WestPac.
