I'm not sure why but it seems like my primary care physician's lab work requests don't make it to the lab. Since COVID, this seems to be happening more often with doctor office orders and referrals. Also I'm not sure if this lab holds on to the lab requests more than a month or two. They're back on regular hours now and I was able to get through on the phone several times as I was waiting for the request to come through. The receptionist was friendly and cooperative. The lady in front is extremely rude. I would not recommend coming here, save your time and go to quest.
The phlebotomist at this location is horrible she spoke less than three words didn't explain anything wasn't able to do the blood correctly had to take it out of my hand which was extremely painful after I was poked several times I will never come back to this lab I don't suggest anybody does she has a horrible attitude there's a list of questions that she was supposed to tell you she didn't even tell us one question very rude
Girl at front desk had bad attitude and her greeting was What's up! Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this lab.
