The customer service at this place was terrible. One of the employees gave me a condescending look as if processing my order was a burden, and I ended up waiting over an hour for a simple blood test.
Fast and easy. Very quiet office, easy check in, and short wait time. Was a good experience, thank you!
Walked into the San Marcos location a little after 11:30 today 6/29. The office was clean, Jonathan the staff member was nice, friendly and explained everything. I was the only patient and the wait was NOT long at all. I verified my name and dob multiple times before and after the blood draw. Very impressed with his service and his blood draw skills. This will for sure be my go to lab stop.
