Tehachapi blood draw was worst I've ever had. Hostile office, rude technicians, unprofessional service. Called corporate and lodged complaint. Admin needs to address this.
Rude staff, short staffed. Phlebotomist was rude and looked like she rolled out of bed and came into the office.
Best blood draw I have ever had. Nikki was a 10 year ER veteran, and she knew how to hit my vain with a butterfly before I even had time to panic in the chair. It was awesome. Then she chatted with me about the experience as it was happening. She really put me at ease. She is the 1st phlebotomist that I have ever had say that sometimes watching what is going on helps. It’s nice to have a walk in clinic in town. I’ve been here three times and I’ve never had to wait long. The results get to my doctor in a timely manner and two of the three phlebotomists I’ve had were excellent! I have very small veins and I know it’s not easy.
Friendly staff and barely feel anything when they do a blood draw. No appointments needed, and they are usually pretty quick.
