I'm normally not someone who will write a review. This one needed one. Extremely disappointed and upset. Did a PCS move from Hawaii to the mainland and these guys came out and handled packing out items. Just got our items at our new duty station. A lot of my valuable glass items from my childhood were just thrown in a box with other heavy items on top on it and shattered when I opened the box. Un replaceable! PINTO and his crew where amazing! Made sure everything was packed heaviest to lightest and organzinged and labeled amazingly he let me see the truck being caulked and the labeles being put on to ensure quality. They even let me see how I wanted to have everything packed so I could ensure it was done to my standards and theirs providing feedback if he had felt something was wrong!. I would recommend them for your next pack out and move!
My husband and I were super impressed by this company. The guys worked so fast and carefully. They packed our whole house in only 7 hours!! So they were done in one day!! All our neighbors were shocked, because it took for them with other companies 3 days!!
Nice guys overall, but quality of work was definitely poor. Reason why they were able to pack up and load 10,000+lbs in 8 hrs. Had light/breakable items under heavy items in crate. Didn't empty drawers. A lot was wrong and a lot damaged, disappointed.
The worst movers we have worked with throughout our 4 overseas moves over the years.... our things were thrown in boxes with no attention to breakables like picture frames and little things like that. Shoved things that didn't belong in dresser drawers like temporary blinds that are 3 ft by 6 ft crumpled in a ball with stickies on the back so they got stuck and peeled the paint inside, my daughter's things were paid attention to the least for example her changing pad being squished and never able to return to normal, our bab... read more
