⭐ 1 étoile I had a very disappointing experience. On 30 January ], I tried to deposit $700 at their ATM, but $200 got stuck in the machine, and I still haven’t received it. When I first went to the branch on Friday, the staff didn’t even check the machine or take my details—they just told me to go home. No one called me back as promised. Tried to talk to someone about extending my term deposit. Was told the branch was busy all morning and to try another branch. I asked if it would be any better if I came in the afternoon. Was told I should try the following week. When I asked if I should make an appointment for the following week, was told I could terminate my term deposit online/on call without needing a face to face consultation. I've decided to take this advice.
This is unacceptable. We informed the staff, but no one came to check the coin exchange machine.
The male Thai staff is so professional.
6 people in the line waiting for the teller. Only one teller open. Other staff just standing around not doing anything. As is typical for most Westpac branches it was very poor custer service. CBA has much shorter wait times in the branches.
