Everything's a problem at this brunch. The staff are right out of the 90s twitchy and irritable from last night's Martini's... Literally any request for service of any kind is met with disbelief and contempt. Wait times minimum 30 mins Only person offering any kind of friendly service is the security guard who's great
Violent and Dangerous Branch So this happened a year ago and I bet you wont read any worse. I was out walking my 3 little dogs and I bumped into my niece and her new baby and wanted to give her some cash as she was going to buy things for the baby. Popped into Town hall branch to withdraw from the ATM. As I was making the withdrawl a guy in a suit who wasn't obviously a security guard came over and told me dogs weren't allowed and that he would take them outside and wait outside for me. Staff are really nice, helpful and unfortunately required to be apologetic. Its a real shame that people keep damaging the Exchange ATM by inserting lolly wrappers and other non money items into this machine causing people like me to wait in line for ages. Unfortunately, its a regular occurrence at this Branch, which is why I can't give a 5 Star review. Staff: 5 Star Facilities: -1 Star
⭐ 1 étoile I had a very disappointing experience. On 30 January ], I tried to deposit $700 at their ATM, but $200 got stuck in the machine, and I still haven’t received it. When I first went to the branch on Friday, the staff didn’t even check the machine or take my details—they just told me to go home. No one called me back as promised.
