Terrible customer service at this branch! While the customer service rep Goolshan was with a customer for nearly 10mins & the queue was getting long (at least 5ppl) waiting inline, no one else came forward to assist. I approach another counter which was in the branch as the person at that counter was idle, i was turned away to return to the queue which was getting longer as her only dealt with cash related transactions!

I received excellent service from Goolshan Irani at Westpac. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. She took the time to clearly explain to my son how to use his account and how to save money. Both my son and I are very happy with her service, and my son has even mentioned how much he liked her several times at home. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!
The cash exchange machine has been out of order the whole time, which is very inconvenient. On top of that, the staff were not very friendly. I hope the machine can be repaired soon and the customer service can be improved.
