Teller talked to colleague whilst serving me,watched what was going on behind me,as well. Poor customer service. I withdrew lots cash $. No envelope offered, slapped it on counter,so everyone behind could see the amount. Informed me I had to ask for an envelope. Corrine you needd to have a refresh in customer service.
I am happy with the customer service she help me to log in to my bank acc after I was lock out. But the customer doesn't know how to wait or queing. I am the first in the que. Soon the door open I felt some people behind me try to rush in want to be serve. They have no respect to other person who put effort to be there early. On the 30th January i used this banks atm to withdraw $100 from my hsbc visa card acc, after waiting for awhile the machine gave me my card back without any cash, I put a written complaint in through my HSBC bank that notified westpac of the error, just recently westpac decided not to honour their faulty machine that scammed me out of $100 and it clearly shows up on my statement as a withdrawal with westpac the glen shopping centre from now on i use the teller beware of these scamming machines
really terrible service The staff doesn't listen to you and scolds the customers. Never put your money on this bank. They interrupt you and let you leave. From their point of view, they are God, not customers.And said u change story Am I Andersen? So good at changing the story?This is Unreasonable and absurd. Ask the bank management to strengthen service training and check the service attitude of the glen branch staff.
