Incredibly poor management at this branch. I waited for more than 30 minutes today because they only had one teller serving a long line of people. It is unacceptable for a major bank to be this understaffed during business hours. Very disappointed with the lack of efficiency and customer care.

Teller talked to colleague whilst serving me,watched what was going on behind me,as well. Poor customer service. I withdrew lots cash $. No envelope offered, slapped it on counter,so everyone behind could see the amount. Informed me I had to ask for an envelope. Corrine you needd to have a refresh in customer service.
