Been in there twice now to open an account and have been turned away both times. Don't bother to go there they are hopeless.
The after hours door is always broken you can not access the after hours ATM's or change money to coins. It has been broken for many months, has anyone been able to access the ATM's or change machines after hours?
They are so rude! There is an asian customer service staff at the teller. She is judgmental and doesn't seem to want to help her customer. Terrible service.
