Outside atm not working to make a deposit Saturday.. Sunday and now Monday 1st June.. been inline inside over 30 min absolutely ridiculous Just to deposit funds

19/09/2025 - More update to come: Staff thinks ppl who visit the branch in person have free time. POV my wife said she waited 1 hr after seeing the receptionist to see a home loan lender. I won’t name them but Happy to update later as things goes on.
Miserable, non-existing customer service. Even after deleting my accounts and going to the branch in person, my accounts were not all deleted and the bank has been sending me like a ping pong ball between people without anyone competent enough to just delete my account. This is the worst and most ridiculous experience I have ever had as a bank customer.
