Hello people, I highly recommend everyone to visit this branch for any kind of banking matters specially for home loan and see Advait the manager. I was in so stress for my loan. He attended me with respect and helped me with his vast knowledge and experience. He answered my all the time and kept all the transparency. Within a matter of days he sorted out my loan matter. I wish Advait all the best and hope he ll be helping the community with passion. Wish I could give him more than 5 starts.
The staff are good but u can get one that's rude. But in all the others are absolutely helpful n friendly

Absolutely pathetic customer service this morning in the branch! Only one customer service agent (agent reference number 7671462) that literally spent 20 minutes chatting and laughing with what looked like an Asian friend of hers while there was a line up of pissed off customers waiting! I asked the lady at the front information counter if there was anyone else that could serve… she palmed me off and couldn’t have cared less! Way to go with your “ customer service” Westpac! 👊
