After standing at the counter for quite some time waiting to be served, a staff member, who appeared to be the branch manager, looked up from her mobile phone conversation and abruptly told me, "There is no one at this counter. You have to line up for the teller." She did not stop her phone conversation or acknowledge the inconvenience, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional. Went in to this branch and Rae (not sure if I spelt her name right) was so helpful and was very detailed at explaining things to us and definitely will go back to see her of we need to, she was lovely.

I had the absolute non-pleasure of dealing with a mature aged woman at the front of branch help desk today. I gave one star because this staff member did complete my request, however she did it with absolute distain that never will I come back to this branch. The staff at the Westpac in Stocklands Shopping Centre are above and beyond in comparison. Please go there in the future if you can and avoid this branch.
