Had a lovely experience with Christine today who went above and beyond to help me with my online banking, she was so kind and helpful and I highly recommend her to help with any of your banking needs.
I had a technology issue when a new debit card was issued, which apparently isn't unusual. I went into my local (Oxenford) branch and the staff were extremely helpful, not only resolving that issue, but suggesting a simple change that would generate more interest in a savings account. Wow - Went to the bank this Wednesday afternoon around 3pm and the bank was closed ?????????? .The woman on the counter couldn’t even apologise the next morning - customer for 50 years - not happy Jan. :( :( :( :( :(
WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!! Terrible Terrible staff, manager came out and instead of helping the situation she just made it worse and is a horrible person. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Its obvious the branch manager has issues hence her staff taking after her. Formal compliant also made to westpac head office. She needs to be sacked immediately. What a horrible human being. Disgustingly rude. Every negative comment is about here , clearly she has issues. NOT ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR. LEARN SOME MANAERS AND PEOPLE SKILLS!
