WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!! Terrible Terrible staff, manager came out and instead of helping the situation she just made it worse and is a horrible person. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Its obvious the branch manager has issues hence her staff taking after her. Formal compliant also made to westpac head office. She needs to be sacked immediately. What a horrible human being. Disgustingly rude. Every negative comment is about here , clearly she has issues. NOT ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR. LEARN SOME MANAERS AND PEOPLE SKILLS!

This has to be the worst bank branch in Australia the ATM is ALWAYS off line and is never operational just shut this hole down…..pathetic…,never see the NAB ATMs down
I went over the weekend to use the ATM machine for cash deposit, however the cash deposit feature had been grayed out and I couldn’t deposit cash. So I rang the bank on a Monday spoke to a lady and she said nope all working fine she’s used the cash deposit all good. ive explained that it wasn’t working over the weekend and I live in Canungra and its the closest ATM.
