Quite incompetent service. Had to go into the branch to add access to an account (used to be be able to do this on online), and they messed up the paperwork the first time, so we had to go back. Finally got it all submitted and they still haven't allowed the access. This was back at the beginning of July! We've called & emailed them multiple times to try and get them to process this, which they assure us they will straight away, and nope, still hasn't happened. Absolutely useless, would not recommend.

My wife and I have come from Canada so that I can pursue dental school. Aly at Westpac has been so helpful through the entire process. She helped us set up our online banking and answered all email questions professional and efficiently. Thank you Aly!
