A member of the staff called, I couldn’t understand what they were saying because of their very thick accent. Suspected a scam call and hung up on them. They had to get an English speaking staff to call back and advise that my card was available to collect. Always happy with their customer service. Particularly today, Annette was very helpful and patient in assisting me. Much appreciated.
Went to open a bank account. There were no customer service representatives available to assist customers upon arrival. The front desk was completely unattended, and there were no instructions or signage to guide visitors on how to get help or book an appointment. No seating available as well.
