If I could put 0 stars, I would! I need a financial probity document for my futur employer and can’t get it. Why ? Because nobody is answering my request (e-mail or phone calls). I have sent multiple emails, called from overseas to get help and nobody is taking my request into account … spent already 200$ in phone calls!! My futur job depends on that document and nobody cares!! Worst customer service I have ever seen!

Worst bank I have ever been to. I was supposed to receive my card there, but they were temporarily closed from Friday to Monday. When they finally reopened on Tuesday, the lady Yoon was no help and told me they would not be receiving mail until the next day. When I finally went back, she told me they had sent my card to an old address, even though it was supposed to be delivered to this branch.
