Fantastic service whenever I've been in. The tellers are well informed in the products and always friendly
unfortunately i have to agree with previous reviews. about on a par with lake haven for bad attitude and unprofessionalism. making you wait in a long queue while they do alot of paperwork and not serving customers as a priority. dissapointing knowledge. dissapointing to have the service from 2 of westpacs banks.
Jenny from Westpac at Gosford was very rude. I was having a great day until I walked into Westpac.
