You get what you pay for and I didn't pay anything for my travel money card. Yet it's costing me heaps. I'm stuck in Vancouver with nothing but it and a credit card. The money card doesn't work. They refuse to help me unless I call an international number. I don't have international calls on my phone plan. I am stuck paying exorbitant fees to get cash out. The atms keep eating my card. This is the most expensive product I've bought from a bank. It's costing me hundreds.
Refreshingly great service! After a horrible experience at another westpac branch with untrained staff, coming into the Mona Vale branch was a breath of fresh air. The staff were friendly, and the manager was very helpful. I will definitely be back!
I went there yesterday. The banker named Tanya Tang was very friendly and helpful. She helped me to solve my online banking problems. Very happy with her service. Highly recommended!
