**WORTH READING** The EXACT SAME as many others have complained about - the staff at WestPac Miranda are very grouchy, rude and unhelpful. What an absolute joke to find out that in 2026 the computer age of AI etc etc not only does it take a "banking day" to process a cc payment but it still takes 3 freaking days for a BANK cheque to be cleared funds? What the hell is the point of a BANK cheque if it takes the 3 banking days to clear? Rendering it no different to a personal cheque? I usually have great experiences with Westpac, but the customer service at this branch is incredibly disappointing. The ATM glitched during a cardless deposit, swallowed my cash, and failed to open the slot to give it back. When another customer and I tried to ask a staff member (a lady with a grey pixie cut and big glasses) for assistance, she rudely pointed her finger at us from across the store and snapped at us to "WAIT" because she was having computer issues.
