Locked out of my account even though I provided my 8 digit pin. 3 digit access code. Address and DOB. Apparently I didn't get it right 😂 went to the branch and there is ONE customer service person. No concierge on the shop floor and everyone else is sitting in their office ignoring the big line of customer needing support. Westpac needs to do better.
Had to open an account just recently. Very quick and efficient process. Got everything up and running immediately. Thanks
Customer service from Fiona is exceptional to say the least! She went out of her way to help me. This is why i love face to face banking!! Thank u for your help Fiona and yr kindness!! It was much appreciated!!
Matt McGrath is always very helpful and happy to assist with last minute requests. Highly recommend! Thanks Matt
This is the easiest 5 stars I think I have ever given to a business. Mani from home loans is brilliant. Smart, polite, efficient, excellent communications and provided great offers (which we took up). Really great team in the bank and very highly recommended.
