Manager is very rude, I would stay clear and use another branch
Today Jo excelled at providing exactly what I required, and sent the booklet to me via email. Something that didn't happen when I contacted the Loan department who said it couldn't be sent electronically. Ten days later I'm still waiting for the post to arrive.
I visited Menai branch today to sort out some banking issues on behalf of my mother who has been in hospital since April . I was lucky enough to meet with Josephine who was extremely knowledgeable, 100% customer focused, professional and caring . Josephine has assisted my elderly mum for years and was highly recommended by her . Based on my experience Josephine will also be my go to banker now .
