Service quality is getting worse and worse since more and more services are online. Staff has no idea what’s the procedure for a new card is reissued after being blocked because of online fraud. More training should be considered to bring back the old day’s great services.
We arrived at Westpac at 3:45pm to complete a business transaction. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this was an international transaction, yet we were not assisted properly. Instead, we were passed back and forth between staff, and ultimately were unable to send the funds overseas.
I had an excellent experience at Westpac Mascot. The branch manager and all The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient in assisting me with my banking needs. Everything was explained clearly, and the process was smooth from start to finish. I felt genuinely cared for as a customer, and the service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for reliable and attentive banking service.
Out of service every week, usually see this on Monday & Tuesday morning before the bank opens. Very inconvenient if I rely the ATM service out of office hours.
