Absolutely terrible. Westpac’s staff member I dealt with today was completely uninterested, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give.
Haven't been to a branch in ten years, when I do with documentation, no one is available to see me and I'm the only customer. What's the point? I'll try another branch. Not impressed.
Excellent personalised service. Christine has been extremely helpful and is highly recommended to assist with both personal and business banking.
Amazing service, I lost my credit card and I am very impressed by Westpac’s efficiency to solve it. The staff has been very nice to me and very quick. Nothing to compare to my bank overseas. Each time, I’ve had to deal with the bank, it has always been very smooth and efficient! And for those who struggle in English, one of the person there speaks French and German 😉 Thank you !
