Very poor customer service. At cash counter, one staff on left hand side was new took very long time to serve. While we were 5 customers in a queue and the senior one on right hand side decided to go on lunch... and kept all of waiting.. No acknowledgement or care to customers at all. And I assume the new rep. Kept struggling and wasting time of customers.
What a disgusting desplay of banking . No staff to help . Ned Kelly would have loved the place . Could have walked out with anything. Very poor management hand your head in shame. Stewart.
Dreadful customer service and Sabrina really hard to understand her Indi accent. The way she treat customers very bully intimidated aggressive all the time she spoke yelling at me and spoke over me, didn’t let me to speak. Sabrina doesn’t deserve to work as a customer service at Westpac Bank. I’m not going to come back to that branch with people like that, Westpac goes to damage it’s reputation.And all the time looking at the ATM , instead of doing her job.
I visited Westpac Macarthur Bank today at 11:30 AM for a Home Loan consultation. The moment I stepped in, the reception staff's bright smile and welcoming greeting instantly put me at ease. Their prompt and friendly assistance made me feel very welcome. The consultation with the Lending Manager was truly impressive. On Friday 26/09/2025 at around 3:30pm, I went to WeSTPAC Marcarthur Branch to inquire about an issue with my account. First, the lady at the desk looked at me as if she was about to vomit. Anyway, I thought to myself, let me try to stay positive so I could get the help I needed. Later, the lady approached me and I explained what was happening to my account.
