Had very small inquiry was told after 10 minutes wait that would i like to take a seat(there were no seats available) and wait for another 40 minutes judging by the amount of people there. Profit first people last. Customers are held in contempt
I had a fantastic experience at Westpac 26 June 2026 thanks to Min (I hope I remembered her name correctly) who assisted me with my credit card application. She was incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to help me with the process. The process felt smooth and stress-free because of her professionalism and excellent customer service - I think she spent almost 40 mins trying to assist me. Thank you, Min, for making what could have been a complicated process so easy!
Very poor customer service. At cash counter, one staff on left hand side was new took very long time to serve. While we were 5 customers in a queue and the senior one on right hand side decided to go on lunch... and kept all of waiting.. No acknowledgement or care to customers at all. And I assume the new rep. Kept struggling and wasting time of customers.
