Very loose version of a bank. Can’t make change. Can’t speak to a banker. One teller and a massive line. Sort it out.
Absolutely disgraceful service. They closed the Leichhardt marketplace St George branch and supposedly integrated it into the westpac branch in Norton St. Yet queues are long and very slow to assist customers. Banks make billions in.profits..how about spending some of it on decent customer service???
