Absolutely disgraceful service. They closed the Leichhardt marketplace St George branch and supposedly integrated it into the westpac branch in Norton St. Yet queues are long and very slow to assist customers. Banks make billions in.profits..how about spending some of it on decent customer service???

Very long wait, despite only 2-3 clients in the branch at a time. Either understaffed, understrained or poor systems in place. Glad I'm not a regular customer here
