This branch is a disgrace to Westpac. I have been in there twice and nothing ever gets actioned. I am about to close my account.
Bank somewhere else
The team here are a delight to work with. A shout out to Gloria and Inda who have helped me navigate some very complex business banking issues and they are so professional and helpful.
Gloria works so fast and is very helpful.
Monday morning after Christmas and the bank was full of customers. The delightful young man at the Customer Service desk took all the time necessary to resolve my issue. I would like to think that he hears of my thanks.
