The lady at the front was very rude . Short hair glasses
the lady with a short name and bob with grey hair and glasses was very sassy to me. The other people were nice.
Thank goodness for this branch. I learnt so much from the wonderful staff member which is saving me $$s. Banks need to understand we need branches like this one for those important conversstions.
This morning at around 11:05 am, I visited the Westpac Joondalup Branch for the first time. I don’t hold an account there; I only came to inquire about a money draft associated with my late husband. The staff member who assisted me was extremely respectful, helpful, and pleasant. I hope Westpac recognizes him as a valuable asset.
