I couldn't protect my money just bcause i didn't have the password 2 my account,so I closed all accounts & went 2 another bank & they even charged me $10 for a cheque & I've been with them for 15yrs very disappointed 😞

I'm not with westpac (and won't be joining anytime soon) but had a mix up with a Bpay to a westpac account. After going to my bank was advised to go to westpac also. The customer service was dismal! Extremely dismissive, lack of empathy and downright rude.
