Not sure where to put up a review for amazing customer service from a staff member, but I had went into this branch for unauthorised purchases taken from my account and was struggling with the fraud and scams team. A young lady by the name of Shaliese helped me out so much on getting everything sorted and disputed, thank you so much.
Very unsatisfactory. All of a sudden with no explanation told to go to branch with 100 points of ID. Never happened before!
Perfect example of we do not care about our customers, go talk to a chat bot instead. Useless service, please do not get stuck with them
