Terrible customer service. The staff need to be retrained for customer service as they don’t know how to treat the clients. The manager also needs to be reassessed as the staff are an example of the manager which is showing negligence and disrespect. The head office managers should invest this Fairfield branch as the service is extremely bad. Waited more then 40mins to be seen and when asked how Long attitude was given. If you don’t have customer service why are you working in a customer service role.
The Fairfield branch is overcrowded, appearing understaffed and therefore extremely slow. There is a single ATM outside the branch accessible after hours, which is often out of service. This is the only Westpac branch within the Fairfield area and is inaccessible.
