Staff here are very friendly & helpful, the bank is wheelchair accessible & there is disabled parking close to the bank.
I have been going to this bank for 35 years & found the staff very helpful and friendly. A couple of times I've rang up because of a problem i had & they told me to come in & had the situation solved in no time.
I sat down with "Libby" to fill out a discharge authority for a mortgage in which the process took 25+ minutes only to be told just now by my conveyancer that their office has not received such authority. "Libby" was also most put out that I entered the branch without an appointment to which she stated a number of times under huffed breath. Pretty poor service from someone who has just paid out 2 mortgages 16 years early. I will be closing my other Westpac account.
