Never had such a poor customer service experience. The front desk staff at Westpac Caroline Springs were extremely rude. I went in simply to inquire about changing my mortgage repayments, but they refused to help and redirected me to an online chat to speak with the mortgage team. If everything needs to be done online, why even have a branch? When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told, “We’re busy and don’t have time to speak with you.” Absolutely unacceptable attitude. Very disappointed.
