I am writing to share my excellent experience with Gloria at the Westpac branch in Carlingford, NSW. From the moment we arrived, Gloria was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and respectful. She smiled throughout our interaction, listened carefully to our needs without any judgment, and provided premium help that made us feel completely comfortable. Gloria made everything so easy to talk through, and her outstanding customer service truly stood out.
Karman was very helpful, polite and efficient in referring me to David Yoo for help with my loans which didn’t make sense to me but David was very knowledgeable on their products and rates and explained everything to me in an easy to understand way.
Consistently poor customer service at this Carlingford Westpac/St George branch. This branch is within walking distance and yet it is the one branch we will avoid. Never received adequate customer service at this branch. Promised callbacks never occur even with appointments made. My parents needed to handle some banking matters, but the process was extremely complicated, and several other bank branches refused to help us. We were very fortunate to meet Anita and Ian at this branch. They were not only professional and patient, but they also stayed almost two hours after closing time just to help us complete everything. Their dedication, kindness, and genuine care for customers truly moved us. We are deeply grateful to Anita and Ian. Highly recommend this branch!
