Absolutely horrible and disappointed,they don’t know how to service clients when had long queue, busy time need quick talk to move the queue,
It took more that an hour to update an information. They said wait for 30 minutes but it took more than an hour
Westpac website and google said business hours on mondays are until 4pn. I am here at 3:40pm and they ade closed. I asked early time out from work for this. See their sign in the pic. NAB across them is happilly open. They left no notice on the door as to why they are closed on a monday before 4pm
I recently opened a bank account here and the staff were great. Helpful, proactive and with fantastic knowledge of the bank's systems, and great sense of humour on top of that. Made the process efficient, speedy and fun.
