The worst Westpac branch,ever.
Tried to call multiple times for business banking, they don't seem to ever pick up their phone. Voicemail promised to call back same day but I never received the callback. Lucky I also tried the Balwyn branch who got back to me within 2 hours.
Terrible service, have been banking at the Box Hill branch for years and today arrived at 4:58 on a Friday to deposit money into my business account and was denied service even though I was already in the bank and was the only customer there. WHY I was already inside the bank, the doors were open you just couldn't be bothered serving someone so near closing time. Will never return to this branch again
