Shocking customer service. Incapable of answering their phone for a start. Their teller machines are more often not working than operational also. Plenty of other options out there if you're not looking for a headache.
Long wait. Staff not friendly, not very helpful, and very impersonal. Processes inefficient and needs streamlining. Service was very slow. Very long wait as well in contacting by phone. I will not recommend this bank to anyone.

I have been a Westpac supporter for many many years but unfortunately the service has gotten pretty slack the company doesn't employ enough services they've cut back staff. which is disappointing the old Bank used to be in Main Street. It's gone. the service in there was absolutely brilliant . but over the years Westpac is gone down . in my opinion only it's about making the money and not the service.
