Short fat Vietnamese lady that is meant to help people is useless and doesn't understand English. I don't know how she got her job there but no wonder why this branch is on a 1.7 star rating. Hope it shuts down soon.

Treat customer awful
I agree with the reviews, staff are very lazy and palm of work when they can I came in to update details which I have always get done through other branches, a staff asked if i have a the supporting documents, after confirming I do, tells me they actually don’t do it in branch and to do it via phone and to email the documents .. then continues sits around chatting
Bad customer service, arrogant, rude and filled with attitude from the supposedly Lebanese women wearing a scarf. Counted my money wrong and asked me how much money there was after counting them, even though I told her the amount beforehand. Felt like if there was more money they would have kept it. Been to a lot of banks, this I must say is a first. How she got that position I don’t know I shall question the management there. As a shareholder, this is concerning…
