Hasnain is an extremely good face of the company. I’ve had an issue needed to be resolved over numerous weeks and it’s all been resolved through him… Excellent customer service.
A massive thanks to Jia Zhang for helping get my issue resolved I went in because my new credit card kept getting blocked. The general experience of being a Westpac custom is true horrible. I open a credit card for points and they keep blocking it! But the people at the branch are very sweet and used every tool they had access to help resolve my problem. A message to Westpac fraud system leadership (VPs or directors): you system sucks! Please invest in tools and people to make it not suck!
