Extremely rude customer service, the lady who serviced me yesterday was asking all these personal question (account number etc) very loud and in a very rude manner, feels like she want me to piss off asap and have no interest in serving me. Good luck with such a rude customer service attitude and what’s reflected in google review of less than 3 star tells everything.

Shocking customer service. Encountered a technical issue with online banking and visited the branch for assistance. Staff informed me no one could help and suggested trying online again or calling unhelpful numbers. "Have you tried it online?" was the branch’s immediate response, which was frustrating and unhelpful.
