I called the Wodonga office yesterday to let them know I was popping in to withdraw a sum of cash to purchase a car. We discussed I'd head in on my break & when I went in today the teller knew who I was & what I was coming for. As I was about to leave, she mentioned she needed to grab something from out the back quickly & returned with a bag of car cleaning products. It seriously made my day & I couldn't believe they'd been so kind. I was so surprised that I can't even remember her name, but seriously thank you!
