Staff who worked at this branch in the past were very nice , friendly and knew what they were doing. Whereas new staff -everything is unsure and always says ''I have to go and check with my boss''. Not happy with current service for a lot of times. Having said that branch at Westlake is absolutely very nice and friendly, staff always has welcoming attitude, but too far from home.
Location is good but pretty busy branch. Helpful staff
In a queue for 15 min already and still 5 people in front. Where is the customer service. Not good enough.
