Staff were fabulous and assisted my needs when staying in Launceston. ATM works well but it was hard to find. Location is a little walk from the mall but we survived anyway. Would recommend for service and other needs.
Today i spoke to Rob at the Launceston branch and have never been treated so badly and as though i was an idiot. His whole attitude was revolting and it was very clear that he was not at all interested in assisting me as a loyal Westpac customer for the past 25 years. As a result i will be moving my business elsewhere.
