Totally inefficient. I applied for a Westpac Credit Card through the Rouse Hill branch and thought they will help in processing the application. The lady from the branch who initially processed my application never even bothered once to follow up with the Credit Card team on my behalf. I had to do all the calling and follow up with the Credit Card team on my own. The application got rejected with no explanation given. Wasted over one month for this application. So have set up an estate account after losing my mum as this is where she banked but utterly useless. A request at Sunnybank branch to print out statements as they can't work out how to give me online access took 20 minutes. Felt very racist when I as the only non-Asian got asked to have a seat as two Asian people who had stood behind me in the que got served.
