Terrible service this afternoon, the dark haired lady was so rude ! I inquired about cashing a money order without depositing it into my bank account, and waiting 3 days to clear! Her parting words were, I DONT MAKE THE RULES! Anyway, the post office was so helpful and friendly, and cashed it, and deposited right away Westpac, hire friendly staff that are willing to help, and not dismiss 40 + year customers.. Will never frequent this branch AGAIN
10/10 - Extremely friendly staff. And all the services that you would expect, but the staff certainly make this branch great! The staff are excellent in both services and flexibility to really make you feel like you are not just a number. Highly recommend!👍
