No westpac ATM work in NSW or in Queensland it's very bad service these months because not always I can go to branch
ATM does not work on both of them wouldn't recommend going here
Coin counting machine is never working
Westpac erroneously made my personal black master card into a business card in my SSM super fund, Been into Bundall Qld 4217 branch 4 times for them to correct their error, back home Back to square 1, still unable to access my card online. Must dump this lot
Worst customer service. One person on counter. Other staff simply walk past. Absolutely ridiculous
