Amazing experience—knowledgeable, fair, and honest with their pricing. I’d absolutely recommend them for anything car-related! The dealer was literally charging me four times as much.
Unbelievably rude. Ignored me for ten minutes while they chatted inside the shop. Mechanic didn’t look at me and just started shouting questions, to which he did not listen to my answers and proceeded to speak to me like I was stupid. Absolutely awful, condescending, and zero communication skills. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
Frank Jr is the best Diesel mechanic in Fairfield County or pretty much anywhere for that matter. Always fair, honest and forthright in his diagnoses. I wouldn’t even think of bringing my Diesel anywhere else.
