The nurses here were nice along with NP Christy Jackson However if you have genuine concerns about your health DO NOT see them here. First off I was there almost 3 hours at both locations I visited. I was sent to Dr Blackmon by the NP he showed no type of empathy for my situation. First he stared at the ground for almost 2 minutes after I spoke. Both appointments took approximately two hours. When I had my second appointment they didn’t give me a full are screening or a mammogram, even after requesting it. The office was clearly needing to be cleaned properly and her advice on an iud was misinforming. I did my own research and found her advice to be wrong and slightly deceiving. Two stars because not all of the staff were rude. A majority of them were

As a first-time mother, I value professionalism, patience, and clear communication especially in a medical setting where patients may already be feeling vulnerable or anxious. Unfortunately, during my call with receptionist CELESTE regarding my scheduled appointment, I was met with a disrespectful tone and the call was abruptly disconnected while I was still speaking. This experience was both disappointing and upsetting. No patient should feel dismissed or disrespected when seeking care, particularly during pregnancy.
